QUOTES AND DEALS

OUR COMMITMENT

Support you can understand.

Clear responsibilities are part of a good deal. Here is what we are building, what is available now and what requires written terms.

Free advice and a clear choice.

Our guides, comparison checklist and rebate information are free. You can register your interest in the planned installer-matching service. Your details are not automatically sent to installers.

Our network is opening soon.

We are establishing the first group of partners. Three quotes are our service goal once matching is available in your area, not a guarantee that three vetted providers are already available everywhere.

Your supplier’s responsibilities.

Your installation contract and applicable Australian Consumer Law determine the supplier’s obligations. A manufacturer warranty and an installer workmanship warranty cover different things. Our involvement does not remove your consumer rights.

Our planned aftercare.

We intend to help you keep documents, contact the responsible business and escalate unresolved issues. This is a support service; it does not itself promise a particular repair outcome or replace an electrical inspection.

Additional financial protection is not active.

A QUOTES AND DEALS repair or reimbursement guarantee is still being developed. No insurance-backed cover, cash payout, guaranteed bill saving or unlimited workmanship protection is currently offered. Any future protection must identify the provider, scope, duration, limits, exclusions and claims process before you rely on it.

KNOW WHAT BACKS THE PROMISE

Different protections.
Clear responsibilities.

APPLIES UNDER LAW

Your consumer rights

Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees for goods and services. A written warranty does not replace those rights. The appropriate remedy depends on the facts.

CHECK YOUR CONTRACT

Product and workmanship warranties

Ask who backs each warranty, what it covers, and who pays service costs. A panel performance warranty is different from an installation workmanship warranty.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Extra QUOTES AND DEALS protection

We are designing our aftercare process. A repair payment, independent inspection or performance guarantee would require a separate written offer and funding. None is currently active.
