02 Have a conversation first.
QUOTES AND DEALS contacts you before any installer introduction. In the planned matching process, we agree one project brief: your usage, existing equipment, budget, battery and backup needs, and site constraints. You can correct the brief before it is shared.
03 Meet up to three suitable providers.
Once the network is operating in your area, we aim to introduce three companies that meet our published checks. We identify the recipients and ask for your permission before sharing. If fewer are available, we will explain your options.
04 Compare, then decide.
Each provider should respond to the same brief with equipment, cash price, exclusions and service terms. Our free comparison tool already lets you line up existing quotes and prepare follow-up questions. You choose the installer and contract directly with them; there is no obligation to buy.
05 Keep the handover and aftercare clear.
