EXCELLO TECH SOLUTIONS PTY LTD trading as QUOTES AND DEALS (ABN 31 664 120 978) operates this website. Use the email on our contact page for privacy enquiries, access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or deletion requests.
What we collect.
If you submit the project form, we collect your contact details, full property address, property type, roof type, power supply phase and the project information you enter. We also record your contact consent, its wording/version and the time received. We do not request identity documents, payment information or electricity-bill uploads through this form.
Why we use it.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the launch and availability of suitable matching services. Required fields support that purpose. You may instead read the guides without submitting a form or contact us by email.
Sharing with installers.
We do not automatically send form submissions to installers. Before a later introduction we will identify the intended providers and ask for permission to share for that purpose. We do not sell this registration to an unrestricted list of businesses.
Hosting and service providers.
This website is hosted with Digital Pacific. Registration details are stored in our hosting account’s MySQL database and are accessible only to authorised personnel and service providers needed to operate the service. Hosting logs may include technical connection information. The form uses a keyed hash of the connection IP address for short-lived abuse prevention, kept separately from project records. Hashes are used within a two-hour window and expired entries are removed when new submissions are processed. We do not promise that all processing or backups remain in Australia.
Retention and your choices.
Interest registrations are intended to be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a continuing service or legal obligation requires longer retention. Requests for access, correction or deletion are handled by contacting us; retention review is a manual operational process. We do not promise instantaneous deletion from backups.
Cookies and browser storage.
The form does not save your contact details in browser local storage. No advertising pixel or analytics tracker is intentionally installed. The hosting platform may use necessary cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, and external links have their own privacy policies. The original educational video is served with this website.
Your quote-comparison worksheet.
The comparison tool keeps your entries only in the open page. It does not upload them to us or save them in browser storage. Refreshing or leaving clears the worksheet. If you print or save a PDF, that copy is under your control.
